Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- Be in the original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized jewelry
- Items damaged by improper use or care
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Jewelry that shows signs of wear or damage
- Items returned after 30 days
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

- Contact your credit card company—processing may take time.
- Contact your bank, as there may be additional processing delays.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at support@estorabymansi.com with your order details.
Gifts
If your item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. If the gift was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
