How will I know my order has been placed successfully?

Once your order is placed successfully, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS from Estora containing all the details of your order.

Can I request multiple returns or exchanges for items within the same order?

Yes, you can! If your order contains multiple items, you can select and return or exchange specific products together in one go only. Just make sure they meet our return/exchange conditions, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes, you can modify the shipping address only if the order has not yet been packed. To request a change, please contact our Customer Care team via email at Queries@estora.co.in or WhatsApp us at +91 9220427575.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are shipped within 24 business hours and delivered within 4–6 business days within India, depending on your location. For international orders, delivery typically takes 10–15 business days, based on the destination country.

My order status says "Delivered" but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
If your order shows as delivered but hasn’t reached you, please contact us via WhatsApp at +91 9220427575 or email Queries@estora.co.in within 48 hours of receiving the delivery update. We will provide proof of delivery within 48 hours. Please note that complaints made after 48 hours may not be considered.
